Paper Craft Planet Sketch Challenge SK083112

Hello there,

Steph here with you today with this week’s sketch. I often wonder if a simple open layout is easier to create with or a well-defined layout easier. Personally, I like working with a simple one and let my imagination take me when I’m playing with papers or embellishments.

Here is my version:

The card features home made washi tape and Stampendous stamps. As I finished this card, I wondered if I could use a card layout for a scrapbook layout..I flipped the sketch around for this one and here is my attempt:

The beautiful patterned paper with the banners already printed on is from My Mind’s Eye and I love that a simple layout allows me to see most of my papers too.
